Google User Data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We use them only to create and secure your Tappya account and to show your name and photo inside the app. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except the service providers that host our platform (Google Cloud and Firebase) acting on our instructions.
Tappya's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove Tappya's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions), and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing privacy@tappya.com.
Service Providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the platform, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions:
- Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting, databases, authentication and file storage for all account and restaurant data
- Amazon Web Services: delivery of our web apps and transactional email
- Payment processors: card and wallet payments; we do not store full card numbers
- PostHog: product analytics on how the app is used, to improve it
- Meta and Google: measuring the results of our own ads (pages visited and signups); never your restaurant or customer data
Deleting Your Data
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@tappya.com from the address on your account. We delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as tax invoices), which we keep only for the period the law requires.
Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, analytics providers, etc.). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
