Tappya POS is in beta and is not yet code signed, so Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen the first time you run the installer. This is expected. It is not a virus warning.

1. Run the installer you downloaded.
2. When the blue screen appears, choose More info.
3. Choose Run anyway, then follow the installer.
4. Open Tappya POS and enter the activation code from your dashboard.

• Windows 10 version 1809 or newer, 64 bit. 4 GB RAM. 500 MB free disk space.
• Android 8.0 or newer.

• A card or cash charge that was recorded no longer shows as failed, so the customer is not charged twice.
• Driver cash: the cashier can count each rider's cash and settle it into the drawer, with a manager PIN for any difference.
• The printed Z report and the till report show Sales VAT, VAT on refunds and Net VAT.
• Online and call-center orders keep the delivery fee and promotions the customer was quoted.
• Happy hour promotions end exactly at their end time.
• Marking a rider-app delivery ready no longer opens the rider picker on the till.
• Closing the day numbers the day's last paid sales first, so receipt numbers stay in day order.
• Open session, open-orders check, void and refund screens and Grubtech cards follow the till language.
• The hand-over count includes a payout made just before the hand-over.
