Tappya POS is in beta and is not yet code signed, so Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen the first time you run the installer. This is expected. It is not a virus warning.

1. Run the installer you downloaded.
2. When the blue screen appears, choose More info.
3. Choose Run anyway, then follow the installer.
4. Open Tappya POS and enter the activation code from your dashboard.

• Android 8.0 or newer.

• Fixed the terminal sometimes not opening: closing it could leave it running invisibly in the background, and the next launch would do nothing.
• Added Quit to the side menu, so a terminal with a hidden title bar can be closed without the keyboard.
• Receipts: fixed modifiers, payment method, and Arabic text; voided items no longer print, and removed payments no longer appear on split bills.
• Orders now show the order number alongside the table number.
• Kitchen printing now follows the assigned template.
• Fixed discounts, and manual discounts now honour their staff, branch, and channel restrictions.
• Cash management and cashier handover: clearer permissions and complete Arabic translations.
• Menu search now updates as you type, and item availability can be searched and filtered.
• Re-pairing a Secondary or Waiter terminal now uses a dedicated authorization step and only lists terminals from your own account.
• Sharper Tappya logo throughout the app.
