Managed Delivery

Tappya now offers a fully managed delivery service for restaurants that do not have their own drivers. Features include:

• Automatic driver assignment based on zone and load
• Real-time driver tracking for customers
• Proof-of-delivery photo capture
• Cash collection reconciliation

Available in Greater Cairo, Alexandria, and Jeddah. Contact support to enable.

Aggregator Hub

Connect all your aggregator channels (Talabat, Hungerstation, Jahez, etc.) into a single Tappya dashboard:

• Unified menu sync across all platforms
• Single-screen order management (all channels in one KDS view)
• Consolidated reporting (revenue, commissions, net per platform)
• Automatic pricing adjustment for commission structures

Go to Settings > Integrations > Aggregators to connect.

Accounting Export

Export your Tappya financial data directly to:

• QuickBooks Online
• Xero
• Excel (custom chart-of-accounts mapping)

Supports daily sales journals, cost-of-goods entries, and payment gateway reconciliation. Go to Accounting > Export.

• Customer app loading time improved by 35%
• POS now supports table-side payment via Tap-to-Pay on Android
• Branch settings can now be cloned to new branches
