Delivery areas, zones and fees

Draw where you deliver, then set the fee, minimum order and delivery time for each branch that serves the area.

Steps

1. Go to Settings, open Delivery Areas, and click Add New Delivery Area.
2. On General, give the area a name and set it to Active.
3. On Boundaries, draw a polygon or circle on the map, or import a KML file.
4. On Delivery time, enter the minimum and maximum minutes, then save the area.
5. Open the Branches tab. For each branch, switch on Delivers here and enter the Fee, Minimum order and ETA. Save each row.
6. Set Service Hours if the area is served only at certain times, then click Save Changes.

Good to know

• Fees and minimum orders are set per branch on the Branches tab. This is the one place they are managed.
• Values marked "Imported from branch settings" came from your old setup. Save to confirm them.
• The reset icon on a branch row returns it to the area defaults.
• Delivery Districts group several areas for rider assignment and dispatch.
• The Delivery Map page holds older tools. Use Delivery Areas for new setups.
