Branch replenishment orders

Last updated October 24, 20261 min read

Ask your central kitchen or warehouse for what a branch needs, starting from a template, tomorrow's forecast or days of cover.

Steps

  1. Go to Inventory, open Replenishment, then Branch ordering and Replenishment orders.
  2. Click New order and pick the Location.
  3. In Start from, choose Template, Tomorrow's forecast, Days of cover (enter the days, 2 by default) or Empty.
  4. Click Load suggestions. The grid shows each item's on hand, incoming and suggested quantity.
  5. Change quantities as needed, or add items with Add item or quick add.
  6. Click Submit to send it, or Save draft to finish later.
  7. Follow the status: Submitted, Waiting for confirmation, Confirmed, Dispatched, then Received.

Good to know

  • Set target stock in Replenishment templates and assign locations. Each location uses one template. Use Branch overrides for one location's exceptions.
  • "No supply route" on a line means no supply site is set for that item yet.
  • You can cancel a line until the supply site confirms it.
  • You can only order for locations assigned to you.
  • Needs the demand planning add-on and the replenishment order permission.
